Welcome back to our Burn video series! Today your workout is going to consist of core exercises that will get you on the track to achieving toned abs. Remember this video series is progressive, so master the form in this video before moving on the the next one!

Grab your dumbbells and hop into some resistance training with video #3 in the Burn Series!

WORKOUT

3 rounds of 5 exercises. Repeat each exercise for 40sec followed by 20secs of rest

  1. Sit up to hip up (modification: Hip ups)
  2. Goblet squat to press
  3. Shoulder taps (modification: Kneeling)
  4. Squat Jump (modification: Squat to knee raise)
  5. RDL to row

Workout

3 rounds of 5 exercises. Repeat each exercise for 40sec followed by 20secs of rest

  1. Split squat w/ side raise (alt sides at the 20sec mark)
  2. Bicycle
  3. Burpees (modification:  Burpee walk out)
  4. Side to side push up (modification: Kneeling)
  5. Squat to side step
