Uncomfortable Weight Loss

By October 3, 2016Uncategorized

If you are looking to achieve WeightLoss, then it is most likely true that you are comfortable. You may feel decent, your health may actually not be in poor condition, and your family and friends still love you. However, this may be the problem. The problem may be that you are not uncomfortable. Read below to learn how to get uncomfortable and to start achieving massive WeightLoss!

Live Uncomfortably

As you woke up this morning, it was most likely to an alarm.

You probably wanted to hit snooze.

You probably did.

As you got up you probably thought of the reasons why you should get back into bed and stay there. You probably thought about why you did not want to workout or go to work. Well, don’t worry you are not alone!

What else are you you not feeling so great about? Is it a workout? Is it a nutrition change? Or maybe you are one of my members and it is the 7 day Cleanse that we are committing to this week!

What makes you uncomfortable?

It is important to know the answer to this question, because what makes you uncomfortable also makes you grow.

For example, let’s say that you hire a personal trainer to achieve a weight loss goal. Your first session will be uncomfortable. Hell, your first month will be. However, it will make you grow into the person you want to become.

Let’s say you find a nutrition plan that works for you and it will help you lose body fat. It will be uncomfortable, but it will help you achieve the weight loss that you desire!

So, let’s embrace the uncomfortable. Let’s LOVE the uncomfortable, and most importantly let’s seek it out!
