I decided it was time for a major change. Being somewhat overweight, very unhealthy and extremely uncomfortable with the way I looked in and out of clothes, I made the decision to do something about it.
I made a change in the way I ate, the amount of good and bad things I was putting into my body, and how often I found myself in the gym. 5 healthy meals a day here, in the gym at least 5 out of the 7 days in a week there, and training with one of the best trainers around, Josh Ponton, 3-4 days a week, helped me tremendously in my journey to a better me.
He pushed me when I felt like giving up. He wasn’t afraid to “hurt my feelings” when I was getting off track. But mainly he did everything he could and more to make sure I was happy with myself and my body. He made it fun but pushed me to limits I didn’t think I could reach. I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me get to where I am!! And 6 months later, with the help of Josh, I am a much better me!!
