The only way to measure success is to measure results. However, we do not want you to get caught up in the numbers.
The Do’s and Do not’s of measuring
- Do measure once a month minimum
- Do celebrate your progress, not matter how small. Progress is a win.
- Do not obsess over the numbers
- Do not weigh every day
- Do not rely just on body weight and body fat as indicators of success
- Do track other aspects, such as strength, endurance, and energy
- Do be focused on your goals and take them serious!
